An amazing feat of mentalism that can be repeated over and over again. So simple to perform once you learn the clever system. No forcing, peeking or marked cards, this will baffle them all.
In ancient times a prophet would have to pass a king's test to prove that he had the powers to predict the future. The ruler would lay three items on a table and mentally choose one. If the prophet truly could see beyond vision then he would name the correct item, if he was wrong he was put to his death.
In this modern version three cards are laid out on a table. You turn away then your spectator, playing the king, mentally chooses one before turning the cards face-down and mixing them around. Instantly you turn round and name the chosen card. It's a 1 in 3 chance so you stun your audience by repeating the miracle again, again and again - you never fail.
No peeking, no stooges, no marked cards.
No outs or magician's choice.
No forcing, any of the three cards may be chosen.
Just simple mental magic.
