If you like your magic to tell a dark story then this is the one for you. With the gorey props and spooky patter this effect will add an exciting chill to your routine.
You tell the story of a severed finger, found in an old curiosity shop, that was reputed to tell the future of whoever it pointed to. You now bring out a fake finger explaining that it is a replica of the one in the story. Inside is seen a rolled up piece of paper, a message for whoever it chooses.
You point the finger at an audience member and they step forward to help. You lay five cards out on the table mixing them around, some cards are then turned face up whilst others are flipped face down. Your spectator chooses a card by placing the finger upon it. When the message to them is removed from inside the finger it reveals the very card they have chosen. Did the finger of fate control their every move?
Totaly self-working, this strong effect has two clever "outs" that will totally fool your audience.
No spelling of numbers, magician's choice, or any funny moves. The spectator will truly believe that he had used free will when making his decision.
